Up to what time are same day orders prepared?

Orders entering your store will leave our warehouse the same day if the order is confirmed before 14:00h (Monday) and 15:30h (Tuesday to Friday). After that time, incoming orders will be shipped the next business day.

Packages are shipped and delivered on Monday through Friday.

Incoming merchandise information

To send merchandise to the Beeping warehouse, you will first have to make a merchandise entry in your private area, before the merchandise arrives at the warehouse. You can see how to do it in this article.

In order to receive your merchandise, we need them to meet these requirements, so that it can be received quickly and we can update your stock as fast as possible:

• Send the pallets with transparent film (Pallets or packages cannot be covered with black or other colored film; the supplier must always use transparent film).
• All purchase orders must contain the fiscal name and the name of the store(s) in the "customer" section.
• The merchandise must be in the customer's name as consignee (fiscal name).
• The supplier must include a delivery note / packing list on the outside of the merchandise (sticked outside the box or outside the pallets).
• The merchandise must be correctly separated and identified.
