Clear accounts, keep the friendship. That's why at Beeping we handle clear and precise shipping rates, so you can easily understand what we are charging you.
How is Beeping's shipping rate composed? On the one hand, we charge a specific amount for picking and packaging, and another amount for shipping.
Order delivered. Express delivery to mainland Spain peninsula (0-2kg). For Portugal and Balearic Islands only the shipping cost changes:
1,50€ preparation.
0,70€ COD commission
Order refused in Spain peninsula (0-2kg). For Portugal and Balearic Islands only the shipping cost changes:
1,50€ preparation.
0,20€ refused order management (we check that they products are OK to be put back in stock, etc.).
We charge €0.10 extra for each product line added to an order. That is, each extra SKU added to an order is considered an extra line, as long as it is a different SKU.
- If a box, sticker or flyer is to be added, it will also be considered as an extra product line.
- If an order has several units of the same SKU, these will not be considered as an extra line.
On the other hand, when you need an extra service that is not included in the fixed rate, for example, the assembly of boxes or products, the cost is 20€/hour per operator. You will be able to see the total amount to be paid in the invoice at the end of the month.
