What to do if I think there is a problem with my incoming merchandise

What to do when we believe there is a problem with merchandise that has been shipped or received at Beeping.

Remember that the merchandise received in our warehouse can take up to 48 hours to be available in stock (as long as it meets all the conditions of entry). In addition, the first day after a holiday no merchandise is introduced, including Mondays.

If you think something is happening with the merchandise, we need you to send us an email to almacen@gobeeping.com with the following information:

  • Your fiscal name and your stores.
  • Attach the reference number of the incoming merchandise. You can find it in the merchandise section, in the first column. You will have to give us the number of the merchandise you need us to check.

  • Previously check the status of your merchandise in the courier, to check if it is delivered or not.
  • Add all the information that can be useful to us.
