How to manage my user and company profile

In order to edit your user information as well as the company information, you have to click on your profile icon, where you will see a drop-down menu.

Here you can manage your profile, manage your company, change your company settings or create a new one.

How to change my user profile data

In Manage Profile, within Account you can change your profile picture or icon, as well as your user name, email or phone number.

In this section you can update your password by entering the current password, the new password and confirming this new password.

How to change my company details

From the Client Settings section you will be able to manage your company data and users.

In the "Team" section, you should check that all the data related to your company is correct.

Here you can also add users to the company and give them the role you want, choosing between Full Access (with full access privilege) or Customer Service (without wallet management permissions).

In the "Payment Methods" section you will need to add your bank information for balance withdrawals. You can find more information here.

How to create a new company

In the initial drop-down menu of the user icon, you will have to click on Create New Client. A form will appear with different fields to fill in.

How to change from one company to another

In the user's drop-down, below the options we have discussed in this article, you will find the Switch client section. Below this row you will see your different companies. You will be able to switch between them by clicking on the desired one. The currently active store is the one that appears with a green check on the left, as you can see in the following image:
