Important: Read this text carefully before proceeding with the entry of goods. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays and cost overruns.

There are two types of entries:

  • FULFILLS THE CONDITIONS: Takes maximum 24/48 working hours to be available.
  • DOES NOT MEET THE CONDITIONS and/or requires extra work: it may take up to 4 working days from the time it is identified. Not counting Mondays.

To send merchandise to the Beeping warehouse, you will first have to make a merchandise entry in your private area, before the goods arrive at the warehouse. You can see how to do it in this article.

In order to receive your merchandise, we need it to meet these requirements, so that it is received quickly and we can update your stock as soon as possible:

  • All incoming merchandise must come with the reference number on the outside of the box and/or pallet (Example: PO2210-0129). Click here to know how to make a merchandise entry correctly. All goods entries must be made as a goods receipt via the application (in your private area).

  • The merchandise must be in the customer's name (the fiscal name under which you have registered in our system). Not the name of your store.

  • The products have to come with barcode, if they do not come with barcode a supplement for labeling will be charged (with a cost of 0,07€ per product). If the barcode does not meet the requirements to be valid, relabeling will be charged (at a cost of 0.10€ per labeled product + 25€ per operator hour + 20€ penalty for incorrect entry)Click on this link for more information.
  • If the product is not labeled, sometimes it will be necessary to add a bag or box to attach the barcodes, which will entail an additional material cost.
  • The merchandise must be correctly sorted and separated in the boxes.
  • The supplier must include a delivery note on the outside of the merchandise (sticked outside the box or outside the pallets).
  • Ship the pallets of merchandise with transparent film. (Pallets or packages may not be covered with black or other colored film. The supplier must always use transparent film).
  • Pallets must have a maximum height of 180 cm.
  • The merchandise received in our warehouse can take up to 48h approximately to be available in your stock from the moment the entry meets all the requirements.
  • Products with two barcodes must be separated, not side by side, so that the scanner can work faster and more efficiently.

If the entry requires extra work (labeling, bagging, etc.) due to non-compliance with the above mentioned indications, it will not be introduced until the corresponding extra work is completed.

Extra work may take up to 4 working days to complete, depending on the complexity of the entry and the volume of work.

No merchandise is entered on the first day after a holiday, including Mondays. Except if the incoming goods meet all requirements.

Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in delays in entry and/or extra charges (20€ per entry).

Entries are entered on a first-come, first-served basis; if your merchandise does not meet the requirements, it will be automatically moved to the last place on the waiting list.
